All of these illustrations are for my children's book 'The big move to New York' which I have written aimed for children of 3-6 years. This book has been inspired by my recent trip to New York, all of the illustrations have been done using ink and watercolour on brown paper.

Page layouts for a children's book

Here I am putting the animals in scenes, trying to get perspectives and the comparison of sizes between the animals in proportion with the buildings and other animals within the scene they are set in. Again I have used ink and watercolour on brown paper.
